The front of this mug can be personalised with a title up to 4 characters and a name up to 12 characters long.
The reverse of this mug can be personalised with 4 lines of text, with up to 20 characters per line.
Line 1 (Title) - Please avoid using block capitals as this may make the personalisation hard to read.
Line 2 (Name) - This text will appear in block capitals.
Reverse Lines 1-4 (Message) - This text will appear as entered.
Hand washing is recommended.

Shipping & Delivery
We use Royal Mail or other equivalent courier services to deliver all our orders.
DISPATCH TIMES
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days. If your order is urgent please get in touch to discuss your requirements before placing an order.
DELIVERY COSTS
For all items sent via Royal Mail, we use 1st Class unless there is option of 2nd Class.
1st Class generally takes 1 - 2 working days
2nd Class generally takes 3 - 4 working days
For other courier services, we use either next day or 2 day UK delivery or the best options which are available.
You have the option of Express Delivery and we will send the item via Next Day delivery. This is at a Standard rate of £6.60
