The front of the mug can be personalised with a name of up to 12 characters including spaces and punctuation.
The reverse of the mug can also be personalised with any message over 4 lines up to 20 characters per line.

Please avoid using block capitals as this may make the personalisation hard to read.

Shipping & Delivery
We use Royal Mail or other equivalent courier services to deliver all our orders.
DISPATCH TIMES

DELIVERY COSTS
For all items sent via Royal Mail, we use 1st Class unless there is option of 2nd Class.
1st Class generally takes 1 - 2 working days
2nd Class generally takes 3 - 4 working days
For other courier services, we use either next day or 2 day UK delivery or the best options which are available.
You have the option of Express Delivery and we will send the item via Next Day delivery. This is at a Standard rate of £6.60
