All personalisation is case sensitive and will appear as entered on the front. The back will be in uppercase.
Please avoid entering the name on the front of the mug in block capitals, as this may make the personalisation difficult to read.

We use Royal Mail or other equivalent courier services to deliver all our orders.
DISPATCH TIMES

DELIVERY COSTS
For all items sent via Royal Mail, we use 1st Class unless there is option of 2nd Class.
1st Class generally takes 1 - 2 working days
2nd Class generally takes 3 - 4 working days
For other courier services, we use either next day or 2 day UK delivery or the best options which are available.
You have the option of Express Delivery and we will send the item via Next Day delivery. This is at a Standard rate of £6.60
